He is fighting Burundi. Tanzania sides with Burundi. He is fighting Uganda. Kenya sides with Uganda. He is fighting South Africa. Tanzania and DR Congo which are members of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), side with South Africa. Meet General Paul Kagame, the Rwandan ruler who has no friend in eastern and southern Africa. He is Angola hoping to strike a friendship.
